Barn Cottage is a pretty three-bedroom, dog-friendly holiday home situated in the heart of the Cotswolds town of Painswick. Sleeping up to six in three en-suite bedrooms, the tastefully decorated holiday cottage is the perfect retreat, no matter what season you are visiting.
Recently refurbished to a high standard, the barn conversion has everything you will need to enjoy a self-catering holiday in Gloucestershire. Set over two floors, the holiday cottage has a large living/dining room featuring a wood-burning stove and a well-equipped kitchen complete with an attached utility area. To the front of Barn Cottage is an enclosed, private courtyard where guests can enjoy private parking and alfresco dinners.

Kitchen
Guests enter Barn Cottage into its stylish, well-equipped kitchen, which has been finished to an incredibly high standard. The kitchen has been fitted with a wide array of appliances and has everything that even the most experienced chef could dream of.
Appliances fitted in the kitchen include two fridges, two freezers, a Cookmaster range with a gas hob and a dishwasher.
Utility room
Attached to the kitchen is a handy utility area, which features a butler's sink, a combined washer/dryer, a microwave and the cottage's iron and ironing board.
Living/Dining room
With its tiled floor and exposed stone fireplace, the living/dining room at Barn Cottage exudes charm and character. Perfect for cosy winter evenings, the living area boasts a wonderful wood-burning stove.
Within the living/dining area are two large sofas, a wall-mounted TV and a dining table, which can comfortably seat up to six guests.
Please note the living/dining room is accessed by a few small steps.
Downstairs Bedroom
Overlooking the front courtyard is the ground-floor bedroom, which has a standard-sized double bed, a chest of drawers and a handy chair.
The en-suite bathroom for the downstairs bedroom is fitted with a shower, a wash basin and a WC.
Main Bedroom
The Main Bedroom at Barn Cottage is situated on the first floor. The large bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a feature window seat complete with a wall-mounted TV. A highlight of this bedroom is the roll-top bath located at the foot of the bed.
The main bedroom's en-suite bathroom has been finished to a high standard and is fitted with a walk-in shower, a wash basin and a WC.
Double Bedroom
The final bedroom is the first-floor double bedroom. This cosy bedroom has a king-size bed, a dressing table, a built-in cupboard and a comfy armchair.

Access and Grounds
Barn Cottage is accessed via a gravel driveway with electric gates, this leads to the holiday home's private courtyard, which also has its own gate.
Barn Cottage has a fully enclosed, private courtyard, which is mainly laid to gravel and shaded by large trees. There is parking for three cars and a paved patio area for alfresco dinners.
Please note the grounds of the manor house are not to be used or accessed via guests during their stay at Barn Cottage.
